Ok all quesiton here. I am 40 and female and no age is not a number when you get older as one?
poster posted. I have 4 kids and going though premature menopause. I need to know the weight I weigh now is perfect and healthy. I am 5ft7 and weight 62 kilos which I think is about 136 pounds. My calfs on both legs gives me the irrits as it is pain when I run sometimes and pulls ouch. anyway also I want to know if 56 kilos will be too skinny for me as I aim for that end of the year if my rotten calfs hold up? I had doctors tell me not to go under 60 kilos which is 130-132 pounds. so will 121 pounds be too light for me at the end of the year based on age and height? thanks to all you younger folk lol
