I'm 16, 6'3, 190 pounds. And male. For the past year I have only been 1 meal a day. Don't get me wrong, I'm not starving myself, I eat when I'm hungry, I'm just not hungry thatmuch. I usualy get hungry around 6:00, and eat food that my dad makes, *hamburger helper, kung pow chicken, roast, spepegehti, and usualy alot. Is this healthy? Should I beneating more?
