Urine culture shows heavy growth of ESCHERICHIA COLI. What to do?

I was on Zanocin OD 400 mg OD for 10 days alongwith Sulbacin 375 mg BD for 4 days. After a week of medication my urine sample 23rd May for culture shows heavy growth of ESCHERICHIA COLI. Remarks says: Colony count > 100000 CFU /ml. My urinary problem is still not resolved. Earlier on 1st May 2011, I saw blood also coming out in urine. 56 times went for ping urine during that night.
