Where can I take kickboxing lessons?

Hi I'm 13 ( I will be 14 in January ;) ) and I would really like to take kickboxing and plus my grandpa wants me to learn some type of self defense anyway. But I live in Mt. Clemens Michigan so anything to about a half an hour away would be nice :D and I'm not trying to be picky but could u elaborate on ur answer a little bit , meaning that if u took lessons there or liked it ... Disliked it . Thanks :)
