Compatibility of african dwarf frogs?

my mom is getting me some fresh water fish i was thinking of 6 tetra neons, 3 african dwarf frogs, and 2 ? snails ( please comment on the kind of snails that don't multiply like crazy) is this a good combo for a ten gallon tank? and is this going to harm any of the frogs or anything else in that tank combo in any way?
