Help! Large pores and acne Scars!?

I'm 29 years old and i still,from time to time, get acne bumps. I have have old scars from when I developed acne at the age of 10. ALSO, I have enlarged pores on my cheeks that I would LOOOOVE to refine so that I can have and even, flawless, luminescent skin! What should I do to eliminate both at the same time, that's not costly and works quickly and effectively???
