Need UGG expert to spot possible fake off ebay...?

i have, stupidly, just comitted to buy a pair of �95 cardy crochet uggs. they dont look fake, however the colour is described as "stout" brown - do Ugg australia make such a colour? and there isnt actualy a picture of the Ugg australia label, but there is a picture of the sole of the shoe which matches an authentic ugg sole, they are described as "GAURANTEED genuine Uggs by decker" - surely if they werent, this would be breach of copy right for the Ugg name which has to be patented? anyway, please tell me how to spot a fake because im really worried they might be!
