LGBT on Proposition 8?

From a legal standpoint, I am 100% sure that we SHOULD win. From a moral standpoint, I am 120% sure that we should win. I don't know the details of our current supreme court justices, or the chief of justice, but personal biases are supposed to be left out of the courtroom. I've seen some of the cases presented, and our arguments are very strong and solid. The arguments for Prop 8 are frivolous, fluffy, off-topic and biased for the most part. There really aren't any good arguments against gay marriage, so I think that we have a good chance for winning, which will be a huge historical advancement for gay rights. If/when we win, I'm going to make every attempt to bring Maine's recent "Question 1" which was the very similar to Prop 8 to the supreme court, and hopefully we'll reach national marriage equality soon enough.
