Is my baby teething already?

My baby will be 3 months next week, and I'm wondering at what month do babies start to teeth? he has his pacifier and since the beginning of this week he hasn't really been wanting to take it like before, he prefers his hand but he doesn't suck on it he just kind of bites on it with his gums or tries to put his bib or blanket in his mouth so I give him his paci and he takes it out with his tongue, could he be teething already?
