It appears you may have let political ideology make your list and not historical accuracy. You missed Woodrow Wilson who publicly stated that blacks were inferior and carried disease. I wonder why Reagan is there, yet you missed Jimmy Carter, Richard Nixon, Gerald Ford, Franklin Roosevelt, Teddy Roosevelt, U.S. Grant, and Barack Obama. If you are going to rate them as a historian, you must put political beliefs aside or you just become a political hack.
