So yeah hi there, I'm wondering about probes...?

Looking at some of the probes which have been sent out and are still operational, I'm wondering: how come they havent been damaged by space debris, micro meteors etc. You'd think that considering some seem extremely fragile and lightweight they'd get torn up.
