The Queen of Englands status in US?
The last Queen of England was Queen Anne, she died in the 1707. The present Queen is Queen Elizabeth ll of the United Kingdom, this includes England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and the Commonwealth. I would imagine the whole world is aware of the upcoming marriage, not just the US.
