ok for 1st set i lift 10 reps with heavy weight(stuggle at last rep) then for my 2nd i take weights off like about 10 lbs then rep that 10 times again (stuggle at last rep) and the same with my 3rd set take pounds off then rep 10 again(stuggle at last rep) so is that good for building strength and not so much m
