Is this a good breakfast (for weight loss)?

I think it looks good because you have your protein (yogurt) and some fruit. Personally I think it's good to have some carbs in the morning to help get your energy levels up. Also, "too many carbs" will look different to everyone. I think over 50 in a sitting is too many, but an Atkins guy might say that over 3 is too many. Hope this helps!
