Getting rid of stretch marks help?

i have stretch marks on my inner thighs. i know that the brand palmers helps with stretch marks. i have bought 'palmers cocoa er formula with vitamin e swivel stick "for marks, blemishes' & rough, dry skin" '. will this help with my stretch marks? how long will it take for them to fade. if this will not help, suggest something that will? thank you
