Ewww bed bugs?

i have been living in my apt for 9 months and never had a problem. but as soon as we get new neighbors moved in we had a big one. our new neighbors moved in about a month and a half ago and now we have bed bugs. there are various ways of catchin them. they are nasty ppl and they had a mattress covered in them . i found some and i saved it and it was labled bed bug. i clean my house everyday wash my sheets every week i have a mattress cover, my bed is away frm the walls but im still gettin bit. i told my landlord but the ********* aint doin s h i t. do you know of any way i can get rid of them. please dont say your dirty clean ur house i have ocd my s h i t is neat.. i dont have a credit card so i cant order **** off the internet. do u know what i can buy at the stores t ge rid of this problem . i have a infant and he is gettin bit too. im tryin to get a solution so i dont have to move. i appreciate your help
