Antivirus help with XP?

Antivirus got hold of my pc and disable my every thing except internet shortcut on desktop,i ran antivirus like AVG and spyware terminator with no help at all,there is window on the center of screen it said,you need to run antivirus to remove all .I don`t want to format the drive,i have so much in it,any idea how i can fix it,the problem you can not access the registry,control p or any program,they all disable

Who to start, Pick 2: Steve Slaton, Ryan Moats, Tim Hightower?

I was originally going to bench Slaton for Moats, but I don't think I would do that just yet. I'd say go with Slaton AND Moats because I don't think Tim Hightower is gonna do much. Arizona is known as AIRizona for a reason. They're an air it out team. In a p first offense Tim Hightower isn't gonna do much. Whichever running back gets more carries is definitely gonna score a TD. So if you go with Slaton and Moats you can't really lose. Plus, except for his fumbling problems Slaton has been great. He's had 3 two touchdown games this season. So Slaton as number 1 and Moats as number 2. I would do that if I didn't have Michael Turner.

It is safe if you do it like the instructions say and not just what you think it is. Get the book and join the atkinscenter.com forums (free). I lost 120lbs doing Atkins but it isn't just eat red meat all day and nothing else. You must eat the veggies or you aren't doing the plan. And you have to get your healthy oils like olive oil in too. Basically, the diet is about large quantities of vegetables and healthy portions of meat and eggs. It is safe don't let people who don't know tell you different IF you follow it correctly. My cholesterol dropped and my cardiac condition was way better. All around healthier.
